In this session, Dan Rogers, Ten K Sales Engineering Manager discusses the major elements of a Ten K system including layout, structural and electrical and how they translate to system design.

A 9-year veteran of the energy industry, Mr. Rogers worked as a Development Manager and Project Development Engineer for SunEdison prior to joining Ten K Solar. Dan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Steve Sazama, Ten K’s Director of Field Services reviews the major steps in Commissioning and Operating a Ten K system. Topics include mechanical and electrical component inspection, energy production validation and troubleshooting.

As Director of Field Services, Steve concentrates on supporting the field experience for new installers, as well as administering other field activities with Ten K’s current installation and O&M partners. Steve holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and an MBA in Global Business from Cardinal Stritch University.
